NO-BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE DESSERT
8 ounces philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese -- softened
7.6 ounces (1 can) Nestle Media Crema table cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
12 drops liquid sucralose -- OR sweetener equal to 1/2 cup sugar
Crust
1 tablespoon coconut oil -- melted
12 drops Capella graham cracker flavor drops -- (optional)
1/4 cup flaxseed meal, golden
2 tablespoons whey isolate, (I used Body Fortress super advanced, vanilla creme)
2 packets Truvia
Crust: Melt coconut oil and add graham cracker flavor drops if using. Set aside. In small bowl mix flaxseed meal, whey isolate, and Truvia. Add coconut oil and stir together until crumbly. Press into bottom of 4 small serving bowls.
In medium bowl combine softened cream cheese, Nestle table cream, lemon juice, lemon extract, and liquid sucralose (Or sweetener equal to 1/2 cup sugar). Beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Place a heaping 1/2 cup into each serving bowl. Chill before serving. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with sliced almonds, if desired. (Not included in nutritional info)
