About Me

Ginny: In 2005 I was diagnosed with diabetes. I found Dr. Richard Bernstein's book, "The Diabetes Solution" and began his diet, which is a 6-12-12 program...of low carbs. Once I realized I needed to eat this way the rest of my life, I had to get creative! I love to cook, so this blog began as a place to keep and to share my recipes.
