I'm so glad you don't have the wheat problem Jennifer. I feel for your husband. You both look happy and relaxed. I hope you get over the nose thing quickly. Good to hear you have lots of energy. I agree eating out is a mine field and especially for Ian who has to be more careful as he is actually quite intolerant to gluten (go figure), whereas I don't seem to be.Jennifer [To PIN/share a Post, Click the 3 dots or the Red SAVE Button]https://www.blogger.com/profile/03639988823571635034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3726321423479453204.post-6477741937770308042011-08-07T07:54:12.973-05:002011-08-07T07:54:12.973-05:00Thank you for your post! Yes, I know google can be frustrating. :p

I am learning the more I do this wheat free thing, that I'm finding it less hard actually (accept when I want to eat out), and seeing more results. This week my energy level has increased. I have been able to breeze through my day without a nap in the afternoon! Something unheard of for me without crashing. I'm hoping it continues. We'll see. I'm finding it's definitely worth the work of learning to do this!! :)Ginnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14834663707029088842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3726321423479453204.post-86562089945820338342011-08-07T06:51:57.581-05:002011-08-07T06:51:57.581-05:00Great pictures!! Alas we are just too far away. :-)

I tried leaving you a comment on your wheat free experiment post the other day but Google wouldn't let me sign in (just love technology!). It appears that we suffer most of the same frustrating health maladies in life though I confess you are doing much better to control yours than I am at this point.

I enjoy my time browsing your blog and being inspired by your recipes! Thanks for sharing your life!GrammyKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17163894754068556311noreply@blogger.com
